Invisalign® - October 2025

The free whitening and Vivera™ retainers only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on 30/06/2026. Free home teeth whitening only at the end of treatment. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Invisalign®. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Implants will be charged at an additional cost.
Appointments are subject to availability. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The free consultation, free whitening and free Vivera™ retainers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other treatments.
All sales are final. In the event that the clinician is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment.
Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre takes no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
Sparkle & Shine Facial Aesthetics Open Evening- November 2025

Offer is only valid for those who attend the open day on 26/11/ 2025 and confirms treatment by 26/11/2025. The Tooth Whitening & Facial Aesthetics discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked before 23:59 on end date 26/11/2025. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Hay on Wye Dental Centre.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Tooth Whitening. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Tooth Whitening will be charged at an additional cost.
The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Tooth Whitening & Facial Aesthetics. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with JC Dirksen only. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.
For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. This offer is a reduced implant consultation fee of £50 (worth £105) and is refundable if proceeding with implant treatment. This offer is only available between 01/12/2025 and 30/06/2026. The implant consultation discount only applies in relation to this offer. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 30/06/2026. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Hay on Wye Dental Centre.

In the event that Hay on Wye Dental Centre is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Hay on Wye Dental Centre will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the Implant consultation discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that Hay on Wye Dental Centre is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
