Wye Local Dental Implant Advert

This offer is a reduced implant consultation fee of £50 (worth £105) and is refundable if proceeding with implant treatment. This offer is only available between 01/12/2025 and 30/06/2026. The implant consultation discount only applies in relation to this offer. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 30/06/2026. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and new patients at Hay on Wye Dental Centre.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Dental Implants. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Dental Implants will be charged at an additional cost.
Appointments are subject to availability. The Implant consultation discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Hay on Wye Dental Centre is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Hay on Wye Dental Centre will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the Implant consultation discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that Hay on Wye Dental Centre is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
The Implant consultation discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Hay on Wye Dental Centre accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Hay on Wye Dental Centre does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Hay on Wye Dental Centre accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Hay on Wye Dental Centre negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Hay on Wye Dental Centre can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
New Patient General Dentistry Appointment Terms & Conditions

New patient appointments are available at participating practices for an introductory price of £65.00 reduced from the standard price of £110.00. This is only available between 01/04/2026 and 30/06/2026. For the offer to apply, the appointment must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 30/06/2026. This offer is open to all individuals who are new patients at Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre and with Dr Hema Balabomma.
The appointment includes a routine dental check-up and up to 2 X-rays, subject to the treating clinician’s absolute discretion, determining whether X-rays are required. Any additional X-rays or treatments are not included and will be charged separately, unless agreed in writing with the patient. The reduced price will not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. This is an introductory price point, and existing patient fees will apply for future appointments. All other sales are final.

Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the dental check up. If any treatments are required following a dental check-up, Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.
